Bio:
Harish has been developing new standards in school education ever since he realized that his passion lies in teaching. He has extensively researched interdisciplinary approaches in K12 education and uses this knowledge to bring about qualitative changes in the area. He has spent more than 2 decades working with various educational institutions and is known for his refined and enriched educational philosophy and pedagogies. He was instrumental in setting up Sadhbhavana. He likes toying with new ideas and constantly strives for transformational practices. In his free time, he likes to play chess, read and work for charitable causes.

Ms.Sushma Nalapat

Head of Operations

Bio:
Sushma is an expert in management and operations, and works towards setting strategic goals, planning, implementing and monitoring organizational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functionality. Sushma found her passion in education after joining Sadhbhavana and has worked for more than 12 years with the company. Other than management effectiveness, she is deeply committed towards early childhood education and plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering best practices in the same. Outside of work, Sushma enjoys reading and sketching. And when not at her computer, you will often find her playing word games.

Mr. Pratheesh. M

Finance Manager

Bio:
Pratheesh manages all the financial operations of the group. Prior to joining the group, he has worked for over a decade with many banks and corporates in the lines of accounting and auditing. Pratheesh has an outstanding comprehension in all financial elements encompassing assets, liabilities, funds flow, budgeting, financial mapping, and inventory & investment strategies. Pratheesh really enjoys Microsoft Excel and loves trying different versions during his free time.

Ms. Priyanka K.

Project Head

Bio:
An avid reader with intense passion in the field of education, it is her interest to learn new things that made Priyanka pursue a career in research and management. In addition to being the Project Head of SIRE, she loves getting engaged in training and skill development sessions. She holds an MPhil from MG University and an MBA from Annamalai University. Prior to joining SIRE, she was working with EduBrisk Knowledge Solutions and Williams Lea Tag. While not at work, she loves singing, reading books and trekking on hilly terrains.

Ms. Pranitha N. P.

Mentor

Bio:
Pranitha is a former Teach for India fellow who has joined SIRE with the vision of contributing towards improving the quality and standards of the educational institutions across K-12 category. She is also a teacher trainer and academic coordinator for Centre for Research in Education and Teacher Training under Govt. Of Kerala. Ms. Pranitha's expertise in the field of Early Childhood Education has added more value in bridging the existing gap in the preschool sector. Pranitha loves doodling and does creative pencil art.

Manjula Menon

HR Manager

Bio:
Manju is an expert in managing HR functions of all companies under the group as a strategic and functional expert including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, on boarding, performance management, succession planning and retention. Prior to joining Sadhbhavana she was working in an MNC in UAE. She loves to read and listen to music .

Fathima Nishwin

Public Relations Officer

Bio:
Nishwin is a BA English Graduate and has completed her MBA in Finance. She is an expert in handling PR Activities, producing presentations, Press Releases etc. She has got more than 5 years of experience in the similar field. Nishwin loves to hear music during her free time.

Ms.Swapna Premchandran

Project Coordinator

Bio:
Swapna is our Project Coordinator who has a combined 15 years of professional experience in Administrative roles, of which 5 years in Mumbai, 7 years in Dubai and the last 3 years with SIRE. She has a B.A Literature degree from Madurai Kamaraj University and an excellent command over English, Hindi, Malayalam and also Marathi languages. A very vibrant individual who is very approachable, Swapna is multitasking, committed and persistent when it is about getting in the midst of everything and getting it done to perfection. Her interests are drawing, traveling and listening to music.
